4x4 Film Vehicles is owned and run by Ian Brown, Ian has been involved in the 4x4 industry for nearly fourty years and has led expeditions and training programs for some of the largest names in the automotive industry, running trips across the globe as well as hosting and organising vehicle launch events for international journalists.

The history-making trip for Mercedes Benz, took a group of motoring journalists across the rugged Highlands of Scotland, "Coast to Coast" without the use of a single public highway.

Ian's first venture into the world of Film and Television came in the early nineties when he was employed as a 4x4 driver on "Four Weddings & A Funeral" he went on to manage a fleet of 4x4 vehicles and became a regular provider to film, television and advertising shoots, over the years Ian has provided vehicles and drivers to some of the biggest film franchises in the film industry as well as smaller productions and vehicle promotions.

Ian is an off-road driving instructor and specialist trainer and trains drivers in 4x4, ATV and UTV as well as trailer training.

All 4x4 Film Vehicle staff are qualified off-road drivers with years of experience, all have trailer licences and are first aid trained in remote medical cover, we pride ourselves in our can-do attitude and positive work ethic.

With years of experience, we understand the pressures and dedication it takes to produce film, our team are there to help and assit and make your life easier.

We hold full public liability insurance, our vehicles are well maintained and in good order.
